1. Go to Moneyville.ca and look at what we write about and how we do it.
   
   
2. Think about a niche you could fill.  
   
   
3. Fill out the fields on the Enter Now page including your best financial tip and a 500-word (or-less) blog post on the topic of your choice.
   
   
4. You have until June 1, 2011 to apply. The “Are you Moneyville.ca’s Next Blogger” contest (the “Contest”) is open to eligible entrants from May 4 at 3 p.m. EST until June 1, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. EST.
   
   
5. Five finalists will be selected based on: originality of the idea, accuracy and research, writing style and general relevance.
   
   
6. The entries will be posted on moneyville.ca/nextblogger, where friends, family and fans can vote on submissions between June 8 to June 15, 2011. The finalists will be voted upon by the public and the contest judges will consider the number of votes received in addition to the criteria above when selecting the overall winner.  The overall winner will be selected by the contest judges and announced on June 22, 2011.
   
   
7. The winner will have the opportunity to blog for up to three-months on moneyville.ca, earning up to $4,000 cash (in weekly installments of $307.70)! The winner’s posts will be published on Moneyville.ca and in the Toronto Star’s Monday Moneyville section. They may also appear on thestar.com.
   
   
8. The other 4 finalists will have their posts published on Moneyville.ca and in The Toronto Star’s Monday Moneyville section. They will receive $500 each.
